Design Inside Film had a pleasure to meet a prominent french painter and sculptor Aude Herlédan. She was born in Paris but grew up in Africa. Returning to Paris in 1992 she designed campaigns for major international brands as creative director in an advertising agency. Alongside, she studied at the École Nationale des Beaux-Arts de Paris and art history at the prestigious École du Louvre. Aude has been painting for 20 years. She has many sources of inspiration, her curiosity is aroused by everything from discovering new cultures to literature, cinema, music. Aude Herlédan and her husband Jean-Louis Herlédan have founded an art gallery, which is located in Saint-Germain-des-Prés in Paris. The gallery named ‘1831 Art Gallery’ maintains a collaboration with a large international network of art and design professionals, architecture studios and interior designers.
