Today, Design Inside Film looks inside a huge modern residence of more than 1,500 square meters, officially earning the title of 'The Best European Residence 2023′ by The International Property Awards. It was designed by architecture office Mobius. The building has a lissome silhouette reminiscent of sea dunes, which gives the project its name 'Dune’. The project ensures the intimacy of the inhabitants and cosiness while being open to the surroundings. We meet the office founder – Przemek Olczyk and discuss his approach to architecture, particularly, his approach to large scale residences. It is all about capturing the spirit of a specific place, establishing a deep connection with a surrounding nature and fulfilling client individual needs. We also get to know this amazing residence from the user’s point of view.
